Certified Translation Azerbaijani - German

As a translator for Azerbaijani generally authorised by the President of the Landgericht Frankfurt am Main (Regional Court), I produce certified translations of your documents in both directions - Azerbaijani into German and German into Azerbaijani. Bearing a certification statement, stamp and signature, my translations are accepted for official and legal purposes and are recognised by public institutions.

Which documents I translate

For example:

  • Birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce judgments and death certificates
  • School certificates, diplomas, bachelor's and master's degree certificates, transcripts of records
  • Driving licences and identity documents
  • Certificates of registration (Meldebescheinigung), certificates of good conduct and official certificates
  • Contracts, powers of attorney, court judgments and notarial deeds
  • Medical reports, doctors' letters and technical documents

For authorities, courts and notaries

Certified translations are required, for example, by the Standesamt (registry office), the Ausländerbehörde (immigration office), for the recognition of foreign qualifications, by the driving licence office, courts, notaries and employers. I translate for private clients, companies and public institutions.

Sworn, sworn-in, authorised - what is the difference?

None. The title varies from one German federal state to another: “beeidigt”, “vereidigt”, “öffentlich bestellt” or “ermächtigt” all refer to a translator authorised by the competent court to confirm the accuracy and completeness of her translation. In everyday language this is called a “certified translation” (beglaubigte Übersetzung).

Prices

The price is generally based on the length of the text. For standard documents such as certificates, school records and attestations, I offer fixed prices. For larger orders or long-term cooperation, I offer special terms.

Frequently asked questions

Will my translation be recognised throughout Germany?

Yes. Translations by a court-authorised translator are recognised by authorities and courts in all German federal states, not only in Hesse.

Do I also need an apostille?

That depends on the authority and the document. Whether an apostille is required on the original Azerbaijani document is decided by the office where you submit it - it is best to ask them beforehand.

Do you also translate from German into Azerbaijani?

Yes, I translate in both directions, for example German certificates for use in Azerbaijan.

How much does a certified translation cost?

There are fixed prices for standard documents such as birth certificates or school certificates. Simply send me a scan and I will give you the exact price.
